Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, your friend should meet the following criteria:
Kristal Advisors (SG) Pte. Ltd is conducting a Referral Program Promotion 2022 (“Promotion”) commencing Jan 1 to June 30, 2022, both dates inclusive, (“Promotional Period”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and any such variation.
The Promotion is only applicable to Kristal’s Private Wealth clients.
The existing client shall be eligible to receive S$100 worth of E-vouchers by referring their colleagues/ friends/ family members to Kristal. The new client must meet the following criteria: a) that he or she has completed the KYC process and been approved b) that he or she qualifies and opts in as an Accredited Investor. Upon confirmation by Kristal’s Relationship Manager, the reward i.e. S$100 E-voucher, will be sent to both the new and existing clients via Email/ SMS.
To be eligible for the rewards, both the new and existing clients must use the designated referral url when they sign up.
Kristal Advisors (SG) Pte. Ltd reserves the rights to change, suspend or cancel the referral offer and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and all shall be subject to the interpretation of the Company.
In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the rights of final decision on all matters relating to this promotion and related offers shall be final and is binding on all parties concerned.
Kristal Advisors (SG) Pte. Ltd may terminate any account for any suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or improper behaviour, all the award money will not be refunded to the customer. The Company reserves the right to claim against the customers for any legal liabilities or losses arising from the above-mentioned customers’ actions.
